You are warmly invited to enter the 2012 MPONR which will be
held on March 10,
following the same format used in recent years.
Instead of sending you the Notice of Race and the entry form
you will be able to down load the information from our web site. www.lakewellingtonyachtclub.org
To enter you need to complete two pages of the entry form
and send it to us via mail to P. O. Box 201, Sale, 3853 or via e-mail to our
address mponr@lakewellingtonyachtclub.org Payment can be by cheque or by direct deposit
into our account.
If we have your current e-mail address you should also
receive this letter to that address with the NOR and entry form attached.
Please make sure you include a current e-mail address on
your entry so that in coming years all communication can
be via e-mail.
If you have trouble down loading the forms please let us
know and we can make a hard copy available.
An up-dated list of entrants detailing race number, division
and handicap will be posted on our web site regularly from early next year. The
division and handicap may not be finalised until nearer the race. Check the
list often to see who has entered and who you need to remind to get their entry
in.
The Sailing Instructions, Safety Declaration, Next of Kin
forms and Race Declaration logs will all be available on the LWYC web site from
early next year for you to down load and have with you when you sign on at
Marlay Point on race day.
