The SIs for the Festival of Sails (Geelong Week) are out: http://festivalofsails.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2011/10/FoS-SI-2014_FINAL.pdf
The multis have our first race on Tues 21st (Geelong-Melbourne passage race), then 2 races at Royal Melbourne Yacht Squadron on Wed, layday Thursday, the big Melb-Geelong passage race on Fri, one longer race at Geelong on Saturday and two races on Sunday.
We are putting on a dinner for all multihullers at Royal Melbourne Yacht Squadron on Tuesday night - $35 for a two course buffet. All skippers who have entered should have received an email invitation to this already - please make your bookings soon as this really assists the caterers. And if you are not sailing in the regatta, come along anyway - all MYCV members are welcome (contact me for more info on 0419 280 322)!
As an added bonus, if you are still considering entering, the late fees have been dropped ...
The Multihull Yacht Club of Victoria is Australia’s oldest and most active multihull cruising and racing club - home of the Southern Oceans Multihull Regatta - the most challenging multihull regatta in the southern hemisphere! So take the time to find out more about what we do, and who we are. Come cruise and race with us, and you might discover a whole new world just over the horizon!
